It is a process where forming and coating are done at the same time. In-mold coating can reduce manufacturing processes, workers and cost. In addtition, mirror-like surface can be obtained.It is possible to use such paints for resin outer panels as coating materials to give resistance to weather. As atomized spray is used in the coating process, there is almost no restriction on design like film decoration method. |
